Anonymous asked: What is your favorite thing to photograph?
Concerts are a lot of fun but the lighting has to be good and depends on the shows. Macklemore shows had endless possibilities for shots but still gets very repetative. I really like shooting cities and places at night. The thing i want to get into the most in compositing and mix portraiture style with landscape like Erik Almas does. Erik and Anne Lebovitz are probabky my 2 favoirte photographers right now.
Anonymous asked: Is Macklemore a cool guy?
Him and Ryan Lewis are some of the most down to earth and extremely intelligent people i’ve ever met.
Anonymous asked: Canon or Nikon?
To each his own. Funny enough, my dad is a Nikon guy and Im Canon. I would have bought a Nikon but video sucked on them at the time i bought and that is what i needed it for. If i was to choose now it would be a hard choice but i do find most photographers have canon so easier to find friends you can swap lenses with.

I go back and forth a lot but i like being able to have a range i can change rather than a fixed mm. Sometimes you cant back up or get closer so its better to have a zoom. I use my 24-70 the most. Used to be my 24-104 but i like having the f2.8. I also love my 35 as a prime.

Took a helicopter ride with some other friends. We split the cost so it wasn’t as much. Highly recommend everyone does it once in their life! I love my city but seeing it from that angle was incredible. Its like watching out the windows as you fly in to SFO or OAK except you feel the wind and its closer!
